Exchange Policy

Size Exchange

To avoid size-related exchanges, we strongly recommend referring to the size guide before placing your order.

Reverse pickup usually takes 2–3 working days, and delivery of the exchanged item takes 7–9 working days after dispatch.

Product Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the color, fit, design, or fabric, we offer a product exchange.

The exchanged product must be of the same or lower value.
If the new product is priced higher, the difference amount must be paid.
Product exchanges are allowed within the same category only (e.g., coord sets can be exchanged only with coord sets).
Please allow 2–3 weeks for product exchanges. If you have a specific occasion or travel date, we request you to inform us in advance.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, we offer 7 day returns and refund will be credited to source account for valid returns.

Notes

Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
Any damaged or used items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
All return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery date. All requests raised beyond this time period will be invalid.
